We are simultaneously buying and selling with S & W. As far as the buying goes, we couldn't buy happier. Thanks to Dani's introduction to our new house, (without which we wouldn't have known about), we are completing at the end of the month, and really looking forward to it! Selling has not been as straightforward, but the team, John in particular, have done their best, and even though the market is sluggish, we are now getting a steady stream of positive viewings. The team at Bungay were great. Easy to deal with, not pushy, and when our buyer dropped out they found us a new one within ten days, which kept our purchase alive. Best experience I've ever had with an estate agent. Strongly recommend.
