        All I can say is Im overwhelmed how much bact has gone out of the way above and beyond to help me and my babies I highly recommend bact as they have really helped me out in some really sticky situations Thank you bact for all you have done

        Our community is priveliged to have such a wonderful service. So accommodating and polite on the phone and the volunteers are very friendly and helpful.

        This company is OK for for taking two disabled people in wheelchairs to and from Appointments but when asking for help of getting two disabled parents to a holiday resort which is 20 minutes down the road its all of a sudden its stepping on taxis toes even though no taxis in Suffolk have no mini bus for two disabled wheelchairs in which we may not be able to go now and will also lose money because i thought i could trust BaCT to do the task at hand. community transport is not like it use to be.
