        Absolutely the best . Excellent produce and such friendly, helpful staff . We are so lucky to have a proper green grocer in town .

        Not what it used to be. Staff are friendly but entirely lack knowledge (and in some cases even enthusiasm) whether on suggested uses, origin or even the variety of many items. Quality is often poor, past best, especially for soft fruits. I also suspect some items are identical wholesaler to those sold at the Co-op at a far lower price. Whilst I entirely support local businesses, and Bungay has a fabulous high street, the price premium must deliver some added value. Usually, as before, and as with the deli, that is about staff knowledge, and exceptional quality standards. For now I prefer to support farm shops of which there are plenty nearby.
