The lock on my van door failed (as well as the open button on the key fob), which meant I couldn't access my van. Steve, was around within the hour and after doing all he could on site (including cutting a new key), decided the whole thingneeded taking apart and looking at. Anyway, the next day everything was back together and fully functional, key fob included. The service provided was fantastic from start to finish and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend Protect-A-Lock to anyone who has problems with their car locks/keys.

Our back door lock stopped working so I was looking for a locksmith based in Bungay. What excellent service. The engineer arrived within fifteen minutes of my phone call. He was able to fix the lock so I only had to pay the call out charge. Very friendly, polite and professional service. Definitely recommend this company.
