An absolute legend of a guy, despite him being pretty busy, he still found the time to get to us very quickly after some idiot (me) managed to drill through a water pipe, all up and running again in no time, perfect.

Very helpful, boiler packed due during the very cold snow spell weve just had so rang to get someone out. Unfortunately wasnt able to get to me today due to exceptional call demands but asked me a few questions and informed me that 95% of the call outs he received for my boiler was an frozen external pipe, explained what I needed to do for a temporary repair to get boiler back up and running and its worked. Thank you. The only engineer from all Id called to offer me any advice. Now going to book a service from them when things have calmed down.

We were looking for a new boiler and was told by another plumber to contact Parkers to get a quote. He came within 48hrs looked around and advised us what we should have. He gave us several options and emailed us the quotes several days later. We contacted him with our decision and he gave us a date. He arrived and started work what we noticed from the off after every days work he tidied up before leaving.after three days boiler was up and running and we have had no problems since. We did get several prices and he was second to cheapest. We also asked him if he had time to rip out a bath and fit a shower which he did yet again clean and tidy. Would highly recommend Mr Parker as he always kept us informed day by day on the progress. We await his return in one years time for a service. Nigel Rawlings-Smith Martham.
