        Wow, how rude! I called to ask about having my boiler services, purchase a new pump and possibly have the whole set up move. I was told they didn't recognise the boiler name, when I asked if she was near a computer so I could show them the boiler I was told "I'm sure you could, goodbye" and they put the phone down. They clearly don't need any new business!
