Every now and then the app stops working I then have to log in then my password wont work so I have to change it and for the last 2 days it wont auto track this app is a pain I now have to write my destinations down down to this not working Im to busy with work to add extra workload to my day

Terrible service, would actually give zero stars if I could. Haven't updated my profile with the new HMRC mileage rate as of September 1st - raised this four times and still two weeks later I'm "waiting for a team leader to look at it". I don't understand how changing a number from 16p to 17p in someone's profile takes two weeks. That said, it took a further week for them to understand my (very simple) query. I'm now going to be out of pocket two months on the run because of this company's ineptitude.

Plus de possibilit d'enregistrer les transactions, plus de prise en charge des photos de tickets, pas de remonte des transactions bancaires... Comble de la nullit de cette application, elle ne prend pas les dcimales !!!! Difficile d'avoir un nombre de litres de carburant avec en mme temps un tarif au litre entier ??!!?? Il faut donc biaiser le systme en renseignant des informations fausses pour l'application puisse enregistrer vos donnes ... galement ddi pour les utilisateurs qui ne roulent pas ou trs peu, si TMC juge (sur quelle base ???) que vous faites trop souvent le plein, a devient du harclement tlphonique, SMS et mail durant lequel on vous demande (Toujours en anglais, quelquefois dans un franais approximatif ) de justifier toutes ces dpenses de carburants, idem pour le carburant l'tranger plus cher. Les fins de mois deviennent vite un enfer avec des rappels incessants pour clturer votre mois (bien que les remontes de transactions bancaires ne soient pas systmatiques ...) En rsum, cette application a t bcle, pleine de bugs, non finalise et n'est pas adapte la fonction premire qu'elle devait remplir.
