On Thursday 06 April 2023 I visited the KIng Harolds Head Restaurant in a group of four. It was very vibrant and busy. All of us had a delicious three course meal. The staff were very attentive, polite and courteous. I would highly recommend the Restaurant.

Chef some how cooked sole instead of monk fish because of this my dinner out of our group was delayed 15 mins, when it came to me the fish was hard to cut and rubber consistent, so I sent it back as it was I couldn't eat it, they asked if I wanted anything else which I said no as the rest of the group had already finished there's. Bill comes along in sections of starters, mains and desserts then just added together not itemised and divided it between the group including myself who had not had any food in the end so again that was wrong they did have to change the bill as everyone needed to pay separately in which they did and that then no one got charged for items they did not have. Felt like you got your table, had your food if you were lucky and then they hovered around waiting for the plates to clear. Its a shame they differently have teething problems and need to sort them out and the ants that was running freely over the table and around the fireplace too.
