Very bad - beware. They did some work on our drains and completely overcharged us, and tried to convince us to commit to even more expensive work. Wece since spoken to two independent companies for due diligence, who confirmed that we has been badly misinformed by Abbey Drains. Really shocking and I want to do what I can to prevent others making the same mistake with these guys.

Be extremely wary of this company. They charged me over 800 for CCTV for 3 hours, when the operative spent 2 hours at the property, and quoted nearly 3000 for work that wasn't required to clear the system - that homeserve fixed in 15 minutes! The homeserve guy told me this practice is endemic within the industry, so be wary of this when searching for drainage engineers and always confirm costs prior to agreeing to any work to be undertaken. A lesson hard learned for me!

I am a private homeowner and was having terrible problems with my kitchen plumbing. Despite calling out local plumbers, and even a visit from haringey council it still wasn't fixed. After contacting Abbey Drains direct they sent engineers straight around who solved the build up problem then gave me excellent back up visits and advice, so I was able to employ them to fix the pipework plus they have advised me about external issues. Job done-very professional, fair pricing, experts. Highly recommended Ferry Lane Estate
