The team at MA vans went over and above today! Went to collect a Van and our car broke down on the way - had our young daughter with us and was cold and dark at 5:30 in the evening. The team came to pick us both up and take us directly to the office to collect the van! Was given all the help needed to sort all paperwork out before leaving. As we went to leave, the other team member arrived and asked if all was ok. As I did not know the area and my daughter was hunger, he offered to drive to McDonalds for us to follow! He then asked to make sure we text to let him know we got back to my boyfriend who had broken down and was waiting with for the recovery truck. I can not recommend this company enough. Very polite professional and considerate. Deffenatly not just after customers money! Thanks all at MA Vans - you made what could have been a very stressful situation, smooth running!
