Royal Mail

Shocking delivery service, we get mail for other people regularly and often for addresses for neighbouring towns and villages. Ive recently had a credit card vanish into thin air so have had to order another one. One postman regularly treats peoples gardens as footpaths and tramples across them. Its absolutely awful, the worst Ive ever known it.

Always friendly, can't fault them for that! However terrible opening times, order something from Amazon and are unfortunate enough to have Royal Mail "deliver" it (can't leave packages like most courier firms do). Not the end of the world but you have to wait until Saturday if you work to go pick it up!

Been trying to get a package delivered for 2 weeks . Despite paying a surcharge on the royal mail web site they refuse to send my package claiming I am not who I say I am . Taking this to the consumer watchdog now as they have obviously lost my package. This is however no reflection on the postal delivery postmen and post ladies who do an excellent job

Our post men are always very kind! The only thing is I had items put in my recycling blue bin and binned from ebay and I have had no help from ebay they call royal mail but I can't ever get through, that was 22nd November
