Since then, I have been training with him on a weekly basis, and following a daily routine we review every 3-4 weeks. What summaries the results is what my colleagues told me when returning to work after CoVID-19: "Wow! you lost soo much weight!". I think I have not lost weight, but gained muscle and strenght. I don't have that annoying pinch in the back anymore, and I feel stronger and leaner.
Thanks Jo for not giving up on me!

I have always been very active. Working with Jo has opened my eyes to ensuring my body is set up properly for such constant activities and a lifestyle spent pushing myself.
He is a super positive human and one that I feed off of on a regular basis when we do our sessions together. If you are considering a PT for any reason what so ever, I cannot encourage enough to do so - It will literally change your life.
If you are concerned that a PT will shout and make you feel uneasy then you need not do so with Jo. I have found him accomodating, empowering, positive and generally good fun.
I look forward to seeing Jo each week and I look forward to working together for a long time to come.
He is the true incarnation of his own motto of "keep pushing; don't ever give up".
