Jo has really helped me build my fitness up and build strength when i had my bad back he helped me through by changing my fitness program to strengthen my back... Havent had a back issue for 2 years now. Jo is always positive and really pushes me to reach my goals he even climbed Ben Nevis with me which was a challenge but i made it through with jo's positive attitude and support highly recommend jo Ive been with him for over 4 years and enjoy every fitness session we do.

Very grateful to Jo who competently, patiently and cheerfully helped me with my frozen shoulder after all other treatments failed. He is such an inspiration - highly recommended!

My only regret with Jo is not having met him earlier. I suffered for two years an annoying pinch in the back, and after trying and failing with a number of things (massage, etc.), I was introduced to Jo through a "Health Week" event at my company. Since then, I have been training with him on a weekly basis, and following a daily routine we review every 3-4 weeks. What summaries the results is what my colleagues told me when returning to work after CoVID-19: "Wow! you lost soo much weight!". I think I have not lost weight, but gained muscle and strenght. I don't have that annoying pinch in the back anymore, and I feel stronger and leaner. Thanks Jo for not giving up on me!

I have been working with Jo for just over 2 years now I think. I originally started with him as a strength and conditioning coach to compliment my triathlon training and completion; as my life has altered and my goals moved Jo and I have worked together to accommodate this. Changing from S&C specifically for triathlon and now focusing on keeping fit and strong for life. I have always been very active. Working with Jo has opened my eyes to ensuring my body is set up properly for such constant activities and a lifestyle spent pushing myself. He is a super positive human and one that I feed off of on a regular basis when we do our sessions together. If you are considering a PT for any reason what so ever, I cannot encourage enough to do so - It will literally change your life. If you are concerned that a PT will shout and make you feel uneasy then you need not do so with Jo. I have found him accomodating, empowering, positive and generally good fun. I look forward to seeing Jo each week and I look forward to working together for a long time to come. He is the true incarnation of his own motto of "keep pushing; don't ever give up".
