First Class dog Care. My dogs come back from Karen's House like they have not been away. We have total trust in this service and would recommend to anyone.

Pup/dog was there for a couple of days, when picked up the owner(s) were obviously stressed, hed been a little bit of a pain, keeping the family awake apparently which I told the lady who took him (hes an anxious dog, nothing major). He came back with a couple of marks one on the knee (looked worth away) & a scratch/Bute mark on the leg. Im more than aware how a pack of dogs can play etc & Im more than aware that the marks were not there when he was dropped of at the house. The owner/manager just denied any responsibility, not that it was a huge deal but since then we have not been able to settle him in another boarding house/kennel. Im pretty certain he had a run in with one of the many smaller nippier dogs & as he doesnt react to violence etc would have just dealt with it. Far from happy about the service & after specifically saying he was a liability around open doors & roads it was a little worrying when we turned up to pick him up & the front door was open due to her daughters boyfriend (I believe). Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone, quite the opposite. Edit & response to Steve. I live in Amesbury, Steve I have a 7 year old Doberman, I doubt you get many of them so I assume you know who I am. Feel free to pop round to varify the marks & dont just flat out deny it as Karen did. She was quick to tell me how hed disturbed you for the majority of the night, sorry about that, I made Karen very aware of his anxieties. Dont use the old its some competition etc you know fully well that your service is a) not top notch for any large dog (imo) & b) youre running it from your house, this isnt a professional kennel/stay over for a dog. Cheers Steve.
