I would highly recommend Tim, my boiler had broken down over the weekend so no heating or hot water, and being a Monday I thought I would have to wait a couple of days, but as Tim allows Mondays for these types of problems, I was delighted to know that I would have hot water today, he came out within 2 hours and was very tidy and polite, he was very informative in explaining everything and showing me what to do if this happens again. he is very reliable and I am booking my boiler service with him for next month. First class service by Tim. We have just moved to a property which has oil fired boiler. We had no previous experience with this type of heating and Tim was really informative in explaining everything and answering all my questions. Boiler serviced and ready for the winter. Such a relief. Would definitely recommend using this engineer.
