        Doctors and nurses are great,the receptionists, however, need to remember they are there to help patients,not to find excuses to why the appointments can't take place.

        Impossible to get hold of them over the phone, you have to go there in person to make an appointment, which is ok but not when you have a sick child who needs to see a doctor
