food is amazing, and service is great from both the shop and the driver my second order from you guys and you have not disappointed!! 5 stars for everything

So this is our regular Chinese but for some reason tonight we had the worse Chinese we have ever ordered! So bad that we wont be ordering again. The chicken balls were soggy and had black hard bits running through the chick en, it put my husband off his food! Some of the vegetables spring rolls had a hard/rubbery grey object in them, the chips were half cooked the only alright thing about the meal was the chicken chow mein! But everything else made this experience very bad and now we both feel very sick

Shame really, previously ordered. Missed out beef curry fried rice sweet and sour sauce prawn crackers and a can of coke. Baring in mind when the order was placed the woman was rude. I then rang over 10 times when the order arrived off two different numbers no response. Rang the next day to have another woman be completely rude and ask me why I never called up I asked her to check the phone call log she said she could not. She offered me a new order and 10% off when I order next time. So a week later Ive placed an order and the woman was absolutely rude when I asked her to read out my order she shouted I just have and told me that she was going to get fired as apparently my order was written down in the book. Absolutely shocking for customer service. Its a shame really as the food is nice.
