I should have listened to other peoples reviews. Didnt even bother looking at the roof properly to quote. The man assured me Ill be on priority due to the excessive leak. No call back for a quote for days. I chased them and they assured me there will be a quote by the end of the day. Weeks later nothing. Do not use they only waste your time!

Context: we live in a smaller semi detached property with three bedrooms, ex council and has a hip-style roof. Someone from this company (I assume his name was Ken) came to view our property. Upon inspection he said that our roof was not repairable and that wed need a new roof, and would give us a quote within 48 hours. 4 days later after chasing it up with the company we received a quote for the tiles, felt and batons to be replaced.. 28,000! Upon receiving the quote I was shocked and asked them to break down the costs in the quote as the quote listed the work but not the cost of each element. We received no response. They also advertise reviews that cant be found anywhere and send them in word documents when emailing customers, which is suspicious as they probably wrote it themselves. I would avoid this company, we received a second quote elsewhere for 7,300. Services: Roof inspection, Roof installation
