I met Rick and the Rockhill team back in December 2021. My dogs had damaged a carpet in my favourite room of the house. I'd put up with it for months, and just like, the most typically annoying type of customer there is - I'd suddenly decided, that 'I must get it sorted by Christmas!' This was on the 5th of Dec! I rang round and researched and googled and got short shrift from everyone I contacted, not only about my timing, but about my idea of what I thought I wanted......UNTIL I called Rockhill Flooring. I could hear just from the tone of his voice on the other end that Rick wanted to help me if he could. It was nearly closing time, and yet, he took the time on the phone to talk to me about my problem and give me some suggestions. I headed to the showroom after school run that day and kept him late in the shop while I 'ummed and ahhhed' about what to go for. While I did this. He got in touch with one of his fitting teams - Luke and John. By the time I left the shop. I had several samples to go home and decide on with my husband, and a booking date for - within the week. At 2pm I'd been ready to give up. But at 4pm, my problem was theoretically solved! And within the week Luke and John had come out and done a very meticulous job of fitting new flooring and fixing some dog damaged edging for me. - I had a great Christmas. I got great Customer Service even before i was a customer. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and I will never go anywhere else.
