Rude disrespectful cold hearted doctors put my life at risk when I was in a domestic violent relationship and was living in a dangerous place where I was at serious risk from my partner people around me living near me and I was heavily pregnant the doctor told me to do a urine sample even though I brought my pregnancy test in which showed 2 lines the tall rude disrespectful doctor told me to wee in a pot and I did and he than said he can't test this as it's water which left me feeling humiliated hurt alone as I showed the proof I was pregnant but was abandend by him and his colleagues yet the receptionists and nurse told me you look pregnant because of very poor care I was physically at risk and I felt alone unfortunately I went on to misscarry due to lack of care from so called doctors

It's a shame they are only open for a few hours each day but the staff are always pleasant and professional.

New queue system on the phones now make the Clays practices really easy to book in now, that alongside the staff being lovely here. Special appreciation for nurse Amanda here who is amazing with people and very professional. One note though, their dispensary isn't as equipt as the Roche surgery nor do they take card (maybe check newer reviews after if this changes).. But they're more than happy to migrate it to be ready at another surgery if needed, card machine is supposed to be coming though.
