        I see Sara as a PT and she has actually got me to enjoy exercise again! Not only that but my fitness has improved and in total she has helped me not only tone up but lose nearly 3 stone! I have also taken part in her yoga classes and although initially I was sceptical about much I may enjoy this, she has really helped to relax my mind and again, strengthen my core muscles. Couldn't recommend enough. Thanks Sarah!
