        Rushed down to buy bread for the kids for the following morning's breakfast, because I am a disorganised lunatic. Turns out there's a 2 minimum on the card machine, which the friendly person behind the till was EXTREMELY apologetic about. Got some plantain chips to make up the extra, which I wouldn't expect to find at a tiny village store like this. Great range of products, lovely staff, and they help me keep my kids fed when I realise there's no bread in the freezer at 20:45.

        Kayaking with my dog along the grand union canel,and not much about for supplies. Nina's shop is the closest to the canel at Bridge 38 where I am at. The feller there was so helpful with the day being so hot and my head in a muddle. Filled up my water bottle for me and the dog and was so supportive and kind. Will always recommend the shop and a nice little walk to get to it , thanks
