        I wanted to work with this company but I think I changed my mind. Why? A big mass the whole procedure to get started (it was more than a month ago I've applied and I still don't work). I cannot log in to the Plymouth branch website, says invalid email/password, still haven't got uniform/badge, not clear how can I have my wages, I cannot contact anybody by phone, never answeres!!!!!! I thought this is a good, reliable company but I cannot feel the support, I feel I am only a number not a person, I don't even remember of a name because every time I've got confusing emails from different people! I think I will look for an other angency!

        When my care home used this firm for its staffing, the staff were of very good quality and character. We had a staff member called Jackie Johnson and she was caring and went the extra mile to come in when Moidus Care could not get any of their female staff into Kazdin House for 8am.
