        Couldn't recommend Charles Church Bircham combe enough. Customer service from Liz was amazing, regular calls and loads of help etc. However where it differed from other new builds we have had, the list of snags was very small, site came and sorted promptly without needing to report.and the customer care continued, liz rang us regularly to check up, even dropped us a few cards and came round with some of our post. A beautiful home in a lovely little community, would highly recommend!

        Poorly constructed houses - you will end up with a house with lots of major snags and the customer service refusing to fix them. The show rooms may look nice but they built these as cheaply as possible and you will end up paying the price.
