        Love Sol Energies! Recently been to one of Bex's amazing Women's Circles which is like the ultimate chicken soup for the soul. Bex holds space beautifully and the combination of coming into connection with other women, practicing allowing yourself to be seen in a safe supportive space, ritual, meditation and sharing means you come away feeling like your internal energy bar is right back up to charged again! Also LOVE Oliver and Bex's immersive and unique Sound Baths, and would highly recommend grabbing a space at one of these events.

        I enjoyed a beautiful and relaxing sound bath yesterday in the tranquil setting in East Devon and facilitated by Bex and Ollie of Sol Energies. What a transformative experience and unlike any sounds bath I have experienced before. They really are the top of the game in their field. So many different and beautiful instruments used to bring calm, relaxation and peace to your body. They deliver such a unique session and I would highly recommend anyone to give it a try.
