        Had the worst haircut I've ever had in my life here. I had asked for it to be layered in the back but she said she cut in to it instead. I dont mind so much cos always wear my hair up anyway and am not fussy about my hair, but even tied up it still looks awful. It is just a big triangle, quite hilarious how bad it is. Kind of understandable as was a junior stylist (who was lovely) and I did say I didnt mind who cut my hair, it was also (relatively!) cheap so all fair enough. But the thing that really annoyed me is that I emailed to explain what had happened and noone replied, not even when i followed it up a second time. I hate leaving damaging reviews so wanted to give them a chance to at least explain themselves and apologise but they didnt even bother doing that. Makes me sad that some businesses just dont care about customer service at all unless it affects them financially. The irony is that I hadnt even meant to go to this hairdresser, booked a cut here by mistake, meant to book in to the one down the road. Definitely wont be back.
