Lisa listened and knew exactly how I would like my hair coloured, cut and styled. She gave her expert advice. The time and effort she put into doing my colour and cut was excellent. The customer service was 10 out 10. Also a very nice and friendly team. The lady who rinsed and washed my hair was very thorough and very caring. No hesitation in recommending. Havent long moved to the area and havent had my hair done in well over a year. I booked in with this salon based on the reviews on social media but unfortunately had to postpone my first appointment due to ending up back in hospital. The salon was fantastic and let me reschedule! When arriving I was incredibly indecisive about what I actually wanted as it had been so long, but Vicki was wonderful in helping me come to a decision. She did a wonderful job on my hair and I would highly recommend this place to anyone. The rest of the ladies there was also lovely and polite and welcoming. The salon itself is beautiful and in incredibly clean condition. How a place looks is a huge part of the experience and safe to say this place is pristine. A huge thank you to everyone who made this experience a wonderful one and Im looking forward to coming back for my next appointment! Also well done for having such pride in the place you all work.
