Poor service. I took in a Second World War gas mask bag that had a missing press stud on the flap. The bag is in super condition for its age, all it needed was a replacement stud to complete it. Nearly Two MONTHS went by and this simple fix of ONE press stud still hadn't been done. No updates for when the work was supposed to be finished, other than "I'll phone you when it's done" or "The press studs haven't arrived yet". I didn't even get a receipt when I first dropped it off... In the end, I got fed up with the service that nothing was being done, and I took the bag back home with one less press stud than it should have. Avoid!!!! EDIT - In response to Gail's reply. I was under the impression that a stud was being ordered and the manufacture of a specially made stud was not mentioned.

Absolutely awful! Gail took on the job of re-covering four cushions - a month on and they still aren't ready! Four messages have been sent via Facebook, they've been seen by her but no response. In reply to Gail's comment: the messages and cushions were in my partners name so this isn't a fake review. The turn around of 6 to 8 weeks was not mentioned when the cushions were dropped off....yet you managed to turn them around in five days of my first review....so not a 6 - 8 week turn around. The issue isn't about the turn around of the cushions but the fact that you had seen the messages and failed to respond to them, even though you were posting on Facebook for more business....very bad customer service! ***Google - this is NOT a fake review*** ***DO NOT REMOVE***

Gail is an absolute miracle worker! She altered a dress for a wedding I was attending and it was absolutely great, she went above and beyond. Whilst she was busy doing my dress I then forced a jacket on her which she completely tailored to fit me perfectly! She did it really quickly and for a very reasonable price and I couldnt be happier with it all! She is such a super star, lots of people use her service and go back time and time again and I will certainly be joining them! Service: Alterations
