The owner of The Garden Studio is a liar and a coward and has refused to refund a booking she told me on the phone she had no problem refunding "no questions asked". I booked the accommodation through booking.com as my family were travelling to Devon for a funeral. Although the website let us add our 4 year old son as one of the guests, Tamara texted us the night before we were due to leave London and told us she could not honour the booking as their insurance did not allow children. When I called Tamara to discuss this she told me on the phone she would have no problem refunding the booking, that she did not have the money and that booking.com had the money. We called booking.com and requested a refund; they followed procedure and sent Tamara an email, which she was meant to reply to within 48 hours. Two weeks later we are still chasing her by phone to try and speak to her. She is a liar and has let us down very badly, costing us a great deal of money in the process.
