Penbode Pet Vets, Stratton (pet care)

I'm on holiday in Bude and earlier today called in to see if I could get some help with removing a tick my dog had picked up on a walk. The nurse came straight out to the car and removed it. Couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you so much.

We had an emergency on the beach with our dog and we called the vet although we are not registered with them . I have to say they were excellent . We had first class treatment from professional and caring staff and we cant speak highly enough about them , I wish we were registered with them because I felt very confident with this practice and would love for them to be our vets . Pet owners of Bude/Stratton are very lucky to have them.

Took one of our Afghan puppies in to Penbode Stratton to have some fluid drainage done. Lovely building, lovely welcoming receptionists, and our furbaby was taken care of by the wonderful caring vet called Jess. Thank you so much for everything xxx

Huge thanks to Dr Claire Davies, my 18 year old kitty is so relaxed and happy this morning after seeing Dr Claire yesterday at Stratton vets, the arthritis injection has really made a big difference to her. The extra information she gave is invaluable to help my kitty stay happy.

I was in the waiting room at this vets a few months ago, waiting for an update on my dog which was bad news. But while i was waiting i herd the staff moaning about a customer who had left his wallet at home and said will call you when i'm back home, once he left they started slagging him off saying you don't do this at tesco and so on which i though was very unprofessional and rude especially after they say to customers you don't have to pay now o rpay in two halves. So if you don't want the staff talking about you make sure you have your bank card with you ot use another vets which are more polite.
