        Richard was kind enough to slot my husband and I in for 1 hr sports massages when we were on holiday. We are runners and both had tight muscles from marathon training and Richard worked on us both to perfection. Richard really knows his stuff and also gave us helpful advice on avoiding future issues. He also kindly gave a shoulder and neck massage to my 16 year old dancer which she felt really helped. We'll definitely book again next time we are down. Great service and would recommend

        Went in with some shoulder niggle, after treatment no more pain and feel more shoulder movement, also had some stiffness in my back which is now feeling better, have had a lot of sports massage in my time and this is far the best I have had in long time, will be back again when visit Bude.
