        Having recently moved house we had the customary blocked pipe and flood. Although busy that day Ian made time for a visit, fixed the problem, explained why it occured and gave good advice on how to avoid it recurring in the future all for a very reasonable price.         I am Very, Very satisfied with the quality of workmanship and professionalism recently completed in our home. Nick and team are clearly a asset to the company and a credit to the heating/plumbing industry. I have high standards as an engineer myself,and I was not disappointed.Although the quote for works did not detail all the installation primary components and controllers,there was no shortage of quality parts used many of which enhance the warranty period and system system longevity.The team treated our property with the greatest respect,removing footwear within our home without prompting. boiler and cylinder arrangement easily meet our expectations. Make the RIGHT choice,use Ian Mill heating engineers.
