My partner and I recently purchased a house down in Plymouth and, as first time buyers, we were unsure as to the best way forward in such a big purchase. From the initial conversation regarding finances, right up until the final exchange of contracts, Jack and Georgia really helped steer us in the right direction whilst making the process feel way less stressful than it could have been. Without them, the process would not have gone as smoothly as it did and I found their friendly, transparent and professional way of working nothing short of outstanding. What I found particularly useful, was that whenever I needed to speak to them, a quick phone call to the office was all it took; no automated phone messages and no long waits.
