Pretty terrible organisation and communication. We asked them to hold some appliances while we waited for our kitchen fitter to recover from an injury, they accepted and everything seemed good. It came time to fit the kitchen and they didn't have the appliances anymore? We presume they sold them but we'll never know. They only deliver on a Monday or Friday and couldn't deliver the the appliances when they arrived so we drove there to pick them up ourselves. We arrived to pickup 2 tiny items and the appliances weren't unloaded yet and would take a couple of days. This is considering the appliances we paid for should have been there. The warehouse staff member desperately needs customer service training, not an apology in site. Later we realised they hadn't delivered the worktops either so we had to wait even longer for them to be delivered, all while our kitchen fitter tried to find other jobs to do. Everything was eventually delivered (the company who delivers for them is probably the best part about the experience). Actually the carbon filters were wrong and the kickboards and a few other parts were not delivered. We waited another 2 weeks, and when we followed up we were reminded they only deliver on Monday or Friday, so it's another 30 minute drive for us... The kitchen itself seems reasonable quality, but don't expect great service once they've got the sale. Update: Kitchen fitter realised on site they hadn't sent enough plinth, fortunately they have owned this mistake and are getting a rep to deliver the missing parts Update 2: A couple of their employees installed the centre worktop (early too which was great). The worktop itself was only just the width of the island where as it should have had a matching overhang to the front, but it's not a big deal. They were efficient and provided a great service on site.
