I was having some issues with low self-esteem, generally feeling as though I was unable to express myself properly or communicate my feelings very well, leading to internalisation of perceived problems which ultimately led to me losing perspective. I was making poor choices and felt very much like I was on a downward spiral. Paul has helped me enormously on my path to feeling more in control by giving me tools to use to break my destructive unconscious habits. Every single session I was surprised by the emotions that bubbled up and every single time I walked away with a positive feeling and a smile. Working with Paul was everything I'd hoped for and more. I feel much happier and feel able to cope with whatever life throws at me. I listen better (to myself and other people) and feel able to give so much more. I have found an inner peace that I didn't believe was possible. Deciding to invest in myself was a great decision and I thoroughly recommend this positive experience to anyone.
