      • The Dance Shack Movement & Holistic Centre

        I taught a workshop here and I have to say... Bude is lucky to have such a progressive facility locally. Great place to go for contemporary fitness.

        Love going for sessions when im in the area with my wife. vicky is a grate Instructor pushing both of us but still having load of fun realy nice venue caters for ever level complete novice like myself to more advanced like my wife will all ways go back when I have a chance.
