Bought some new trainers from here today. The owner was a Subject matter expect and took the time to make sure I was happy. It felt good supporting local business too.

Excellent service, spent the time to discuss best type of trainer for myself and my husband. Insisted you ran in them to make sure, which made all the difference. Customer service and knowledge second to none! Highly recommend. Looking forward to getting back to Wales to break them in.

Ive bought running shoes here several times over the years on and off as my family live locally, but though I try to come in when I can, I wouldnt consider myself a regular customer. No matter; today I went in with my two year old looking for a pair of both road and trail shoes. It was always going to be dicey taking a toddler in to a small shop like this on my own, but Im so glad I chanced it because the service was beyond compare. My toddler was entertained with toys and chat for the best part of an hour while I tried several pairs of shoes on and eventually made my decision, meaning I didnt (for once!) have to make a rushed decision just to get in and out of the shop as quickly as possible. Theres a reason I keep coming back to HPT and this, and the incredible knowledge and expertise, is it. Thank you!
