I decided to treat myself to a back massage and a head massage after having a hard month and what a lovely experience. The room had the usual relax music the bed was lovely and warm with fluffy towels and the massage was perfect she seemed to know the places where I ached most. The pressure was correct I felt like I was floating and could easily of gone to sleep I drifted into deep relaxation then she finished with a head massage which was heaven . Once over I relaxed for a few minutes with a nice cup of cold water and left feeling wonderful. I also had one of the best night sleeps. Will be booking again shortly think a treat once a month.

Linda was very friendly and replied to my appointment request very quickly. The booking process and consultation forms were straightforward and my back massage was very relaxing. I had contacted Linda as I had staying in Bude on holiday and had been experiencing discomfort in my upper back. Linda recommended a deep tissue massage and I felt the benefit immediately, with my muscles feeling a lot looser and more relaxed. I would definitely recommend her and I will definitely be back when I am next in Bude.

A fantastic experience! Linda was very professional, booked me in quickly and efficiently. Her Covid safety measures were excellent. The back, shoulder & neck massage was fantastic, I left feeling relaxed and with loosened muscles.
