However I'm leaving 4 stars as where bott fault massively is in their packaging. We had 2 orders from them: workbenches, perfo trolley's and perfo accessories. Both arrived with damage goods. This was all due to no packaging in the box and everything just thrown in. Perfo boards just shipped off the shelf with a thin wall of cardboard around them. Now as a leading manufacturer and knowing Bott stands for quality, I would like to think they would spend some money in the packaging of goods to their customers. Yes the parts were replaced immediately which is great service, but it should be right first time (ON SPEC) Just invest in some bubble wrap or air bags, anything just start packaging your products correctly!
