not impressed at all. 10 weeks in and have still received no news at all on my purchase even after visiting offices 4 times to chase update. if i lose my property due to their delays i will not be a happy person. i would NOT recommend using them.

What a transformation, under new leadership Josh, Jo and the whole team, have been absolutely superb and having successfully acted on a number of transactions for us recently I can only say well done! Very disappointed with the service received. Lost a property sale due to slow and unresponsive staff, always either on holiday or sick leave, then confusion over who is doing what. I am surprised anything ever gets done, and yet we used this firm for years when it used to be fast, with great communication and excellent staff. Shame.
