Had an amazing time here so close to the beach swam everyday in the sea and then had a nice warm Cornish pastie rooms were clean and spacious and so cheap too. Loved the evenings entertainment at the local bar with Elvis Tom Jones and Peter Andre may have been the same bloke lol .found a place for TV salee too 7 flats and two shops for 400k so gonna tap uncle Alex up for the doah and tu

Cheap rooms that are perfect for short getaways with friends. The downstairs kitchen and dining areas are also a nice addition. Some off street and on street parking is also available. The bathrooms are generally kept in a clean condition, however, there is a growing amount of mould in the bathroom ceilings from improper ventilation of shower steam. This can be a dealbreaker for some. The host Sean is a very chilled out guy though, which is nice. The view from our room was also nice. Overall, I would just about recommend this place, but more towards the bottom of my list.

It was a place to crash as in sleep, have a cup of coffee and a shower in the morning, but it was nothing spectacular that would persuade me to stay here again. If anything, I didn't like how the owner seemed to put additional instruction notices on to walls and doors wherever you did something that was not to his taste, and I felt like I was being treated like a primary school kid again. Advice to Sean and Janine, if you want guests to stay and revisit your site, be a little flexible and show some give and take for how people do things.
