Don't trust these people they will take your money and run. holiday cottage booked through them. Owner contacted me to say cottage no longer available for me to stay as urgent repairs required and full refund will be given. However owner uses Cornish Bay as her management company who has refused to refund. Cornish Bay has them ignored all attempts from myself and the owner in contacting them. Still trying to resolve this and will take them to small claims court if they do not refund and continue to ignore my emails and voicemails
