Recommend by an Instagram user & I have to say the Eucalyptus & Iodine Calm is really helping with my current anxiety especially night time when I have been struggling the most. I have used CBD oils in the past to help with pain prior to long waits for surgeries & was a bit sceptical using for emotional situations but I have to say I am genuinely feeling the benefit & highly recommend.

I absolutely loved my sleep cbd that I got from ethica CBD it did help me to sleep better (I'm a night shift worker so really struggle) I will try the higher strength next time as although it did help me sleep longer than usual and better quality sleep I'm curious to know if the stronger one will help me sleep and hour or two longer. I have gone from having about 4-5 hours of broken sleep to around 5-6 hours of actual sleep so if your struggling to sleep like I was I highly recommend trying this. Not only is the product amazing the customer service behind it and the depth of explanations around CBD are fantastic!!

I've used the scrub and the night cream and have found both to be beautifully formulated and effective. The scrub is effective without being harsh or drying and the night cream is luxurious without being sticky. My skin feels soft and nourished in the morning. Will be trying the oils next. Thank you!
