I joined not long ago and my fitness level, physique, posture and general health has noticeably changed. The gym itself is great! Super clean and spacious. Highly recommend booking in

        I have been attending this gym for just over three months now. At age 49 I am now in the best shape I've been in since my mid-twenties. The workouts are challenging and varied enough to keep it interesting and it's great how there is always another challenge or something to learn. The coaches there are attentive, encouraging and walk their talk!
