        I placed an order online, and somehow managed to order last years stock so it wasn't available. I asked for my money back but instead the shopkeeper 'politely' suggested she keep hold of my money incase I wished to purchase anything from new stock arriving, I declined and requested my refund, two weeks later it still appeared I hadn't been refunded. I had to chase this up several times with no reply and finally disputed this with my bank before I was refunded.
