Thank you Kingsley, William and the rest of the A W Bryant team. The care and compassion that was shown to us throughout was truly amazing. We can not thank you all enough for the dedication and hard work you all did to make sure Alan had the send off he deserved. Kingsley you definitely helped us all through such sad times and shown nothing but care towards us. Alan would be very proud of how you all took care of him and us. Truly amazing team you have and we are thankful to you all.

Thank you so much to all the staff at Arthur W Bryant for the care and dedication for my pops final journey. Callum was absolutely amazing all the way through and a tower of strength and support for my mum as she had to get through this tough time. He also has a wonderful way of dealing with families and listening to everyone's wants and requests and ensuring all was to perfection. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Kerry, Tim & family

I would like to thank all at Arthur W Bryant for showing the most greatest respect and care for my dearly departed husband Terry, and to myself and my two children, Tim & Kerry. I would also like to especially thank Callum, as he supported and cared for me, in such an amazing way, knowing my heart was broken. I felt comforted knowing he had taken Terry from home, promising to look after him, which he surely did. Callum is a very special young man, who is absolutely in the right job, and does Arthur W Bryant proud. To watch that young man walk in front of Terry at the crematorium, and then making sure the pall bearers were confident when carrying Terry, made me feel so proud of him and his true professionalism, on such a very emotional day. Thank you Callum, from the bottom of my heart.

The funeral service from Arthur W Bryant was perfect and the whole family extended their sincere thanks to William and the team for giving our Mum such a lovely send off. The organisational side was as flawless as it was painless. Can't recommend more highly.
