        Claire is a wonderful yoga teacher. Ive been going to her for about 9 months and I look forewords to her class each week. Claire incorporates some Chi and movement meditation elements into her classes, without it being too much and there is never a feeling of being rushed, really allowing you to unwind mentally. Approx every 3 weeks there is a delicous bolster restoratative class which I know we all look forewords to, and since the weather has been so amazing lately weve been doing our sessions outside and even relocating to the beach! Claire is a thoughtful teacher, taylorinf her classes to those who attend and always offering alternatives to those who may be injured or those who may wish to try an advanced option to a posture. I highly recommend.
