        Morning if Segway cancelled due to weather - couldn't reschedule - no response at all refund of 170 owed - awful and giving Bude a bad name

        Very poor, i booked a session that they canceled on the day, said issues with power. I asked for a refund, they agreed to pay its been over 30 days and no refund. Unable to contact them, no reply on any number or email. This is not the only review like this recently. Poor ran business DO NOT USE.

        We booked an axe throwing session for two on our honeymoon. It was booked on 24th July for the morning of the 25th. Payment etc went through and received confirmation etc. We were contacted 90 minutes before the session cancelling it citing staffing issues. Very disappointing, but OK I guess. They offered us a refund but then two weeks of chasing them up later and we have had to go through PayPalto get it. Either a dreadful company or a scam. Avoid.
