Words cant describe the warmth, kindness and understanding that Denise exerted when looking after dear Cousin Peter. We felt guided, cared for and listened to, every step of the way during this very sad and trying time. Denise has clearly found her true vocation in life, her beautiful smile just puts you at ease the minute you first meet, the smile is genuine, Denise wants to help. Very many thanks for all your good work. Your sympathy and compassion made a seemingly daunting task easy and effortless. Knowing your safe pair of hands were with us gave us the quiet confidence we needed to organise the funeral and yes our joint efforts all turned out beautifully. It was all exquisitely emotional and as for the steam train how did you manage that? It was a pleasure to meet you and your team, I wish you all the very best for the future.
