        Emailed last week to have a pattern printed, spoke with Dan via email and sent the file over and he said it would be two days max. Didnt hear anything from him and no response to further emails, called yesterday and they didnt know about the order, spoke to them again today and Dan still wasnt in and it hadnt been printed (after saying two days max - day 5 now!) as the order hadnt been confirmed although I had sent the files and chosen the paper/asked about payment. Disappointing service, over promised and under delivered.
