Dog Kennel Lane Cattery

The woman is extremely rude - both to my face and about other cat owners. When I phoned to say that I would be a bit late dropping my cat off I was told, "You can't just swan in here whenever you feel like it and expect us to be here," and more along those lines that I can't remember verbatim. While I appreciate the sentiment I did not appreciate the language or attitude, which was very aggressive. When I arrived 15 minutes early to fetch my cat there was nobody there. I waited over 20 minutes but nobody came. I assume they expected me to go away and return after 5.30 and pay for an extra night. They are the opposite of accommodating and I am not at all surprised to find the place nearly empty on August bank holiday week. The only thing I can say for them is that you will probably get a place here at short notice as the woman alienates everyone eventually.

Great cattery! Looked after our kitten really well and she loved it. The staff were fantastic and kind, great with all the cats!

Fab place, have been really accommodating and our little kitten has been so well looked after. Food is included in the cost which is great. Very happy overall, definitely recommend.
